Word, Excel, PDF or printable?

Every template ships in all four. Here's the short version of which to reach for.

Word (.docx)

Editable end to end. Use it when you want to rewrite the wording, add a logo, or hand out a paper copy that looks like yours.

Excel (.xlsx)

Does the arithmetic. Line totals and order totals are real formulas, and a second sheet logs every order you take.

PDF

Fixed layout, fixed prices. The version to email or post when you don't want anything edited on the way.

Printable

The PDF is print-optimised on US Letter with handwriting-sized boxes — a clipboard form for the counter, market or gym.

On Google Docs and Sheets: we don't publish "make a copy" links, because those have to be hosted from someone's Google account. Download the .docx or .xlsx and upload it to your own Google Drive instead — Drive converts it on open and the spreadsheet formulas survive the trip.

Frequently asked questions

+Are these order form templates free?

Yes. Every Word, Excel and PDF download is free with no signup and no email wall. The online version of each template is free while QuickOrderForm is in beta.

+Is there a Google Docs or Google Sheets version?

Not as a "make a copy" link — those have to be hosted from a Google account. Download the .docx or .xlsx instead and upload it to your own Google Drive: Drive converts it to Docs or Sheets on open, and the spreadsheet formulas keep working.

+Can I edit the prices and products?

Yes, in every format. The Word and Excel files are fully editable. If you use the online version, you edit the product list, prices and quantity limits in the builder and share one link.

+What's the difference between the download and the online form?

A downloaded form has to be filled in, saved, sent back and re-typed. The online version totals itself, can't get buried in an inbox, and puts every order in one dashboard you can export to CSV.

Or skip the paperwork entirely.

Build the same form online, share one link, and watch the orders arrive already totalled. Free while in beta.
