For small makers with 5–50 stockists

Wholesale ordering, minus the email ping-pong.

Give every stockist one link. They order by the case in seconds, you get every order — totals already counted — in one dashboard before your production run. Built for makers who've outgrown the spreadsheet but don't want a B2B platform.

What makes it a wholesale form

Three rules the page enforces so you don't have to.

A grid, not a gallery

Turn the page into a compact grid: one stepper row per SKU with a live line total. A stockist filling a 30-line standing order taps through it in under a minute — no scrolling past product photos to buy by the case.

Order by the case, exactly

Set a case size per product and orders can only come in multiples of it. "Case of 12" means 12, 24, 36 — never a lone loaf. It is enforced when the order is placed, so units-versus-cases disputes stop before they reach your invoice.

Order minimums that hold

Set a minimum order total and the grid shows each account their progress toward it as they fill the cart. Under the line, the order will not go through — checked on our side, not just hidden in the page.

On the roadmap — not live yet

Per-stockist links with a saved catalog and one-tap repeat-last-order, and per-account price lists. We list them here so you can plan, not so you'll think they already ship. One shared link covers most makers today.

Coming

From line sheet to production sheet.

01

Build your line sheet once

Add each product with its wholesale price and case size. Set one order minimum for the page. It reads like the line sheet your accounts already know.

02

Send one link to every stockist

The same link goes to all of them — pin it in a WhatsApp thread, print the QR on a delivery note, drop it in your invoice footer. No logins, no app, works on any phone.

03

Produce to real numbers

At cut-off your dashboard is the production sheet: cases per product, per account, with line totals and order totals already counted. Export to CSV for invoicing.

Wholesale plan

$29per month

or $249/year — about $20.75/mo

Grid ordering, case quantities, and order minimums, plus everything in Pro. No platform fee, no customer surcharge, 0% commission. Everything is free while we're in beta.

vs a B2B platform like Orderspace

The same job, without the platform.

Orderspace is a genuinely capable B2B ordering platform — customer portals, per-account catalogs, accounting integrations, backorders. If you have hundreds of accounts and a deep catalog, that machinery earns its keep. For a maker with a few dozen stockists placing repeat orders, most of it is weight you'd pay for and set up but rarely use.

Orderspace
Best fit
A small maker with roughly 5–50 stockists placing repeat weekly orders.
Established suppliers with big, complex catalogs and hundreds of accounts.
Price
$29/mo flat — or $249/yr. Free while in beta.
Priced well above a flat $29, with tiers that climb as your order volume grows.
Setup
Publish a page and share the link the same afternoon. No onboarding call.
A full B2B backend to configure — more to set up, and more to learn.
What a stockist does
Opens one link, fills the grid, orders. No account to create.
Signs in to a customer portal — richer, but a login stands between them and the order.

Orderspace's plans are priced by order volume and change over time — check orderspace.com for their current figure. We describe it by shape, not a number, so this page can't go stale on you.

vs Faire

Faire finds stockists. This one keeps them ordering.

Faire is a discovery marketplace, and it's good at it — thousands of retailers browse it for new brands to carry, and that's a real way to get found. We don't replace that. What a marketplace charges for is the introduction: a commission on the orders it sends you. Once a stockist is yours and reordering every week, a flat monthly fee with 0% commission keeps more of that repeat revenue with you. Many makers use both — Faire to get discovered, QuickOrderForm for the standing orders that follow.

The job it does
Repeat ordering with the stockists you already have.
Discovery — thousands of retailers browsing for new brands to carry.
What it costs you
A flat $29/mo. 0% commission — you keep 100% of every order.
A marketplace commission on the orders it brings you (commonly cited around 15%+, plus a smaller cut on reorders).
Whose page they order on
Your own link, your prices, your catalog — nothing between you and the account.
Faire's marketplace, alongside every other brand.

Faire's commission rates vary by program and change over time — check faire.com for current terms. The honest split: use Faire to find new stockists, use this for repeat orders from the ones you already have.

Wholesale questions, answered plainly

+What exactly makes this a wholesale order form?

Three things you can turn on today. Grid ordering renders your catalog as a compact stepper grid built for someone buying many SKUs at once. Case sizes lock each product to its ordering multiple — a case of 12 can only be ordered in 12s. And an order minimum sets the floor an order has to clear before it goes through. All three are enforced when the order is placed, not just shown on the page.

+Do my stockists need a login or an app?

No. The order page is a normal web link — a stockist opens it, fills the grid by the case, and places the order. Only you sign in, to see the dashboard. Per-stockist links with a saved catalog and repeat-last-order are coming, but one shared link already covers most makers.

+Can each stockist have their own prices?

Not yet — one page carries one price list today. If you run tiered pricing, publish a separate page per tier: each has its own link and its orders stay separated in your dashboard. Per-account pricing is on the roadmap, not live, so we won't pretend otherwise.

+How much does it cost, and what do my customers pay?

Wholesale is $29/mo or $249/yr, and everything is free while we're in beta. There is no platform fee and no surcharge added at your stockist's end — a wholesale order costs them exactly your prices. You keep 100% of every order.

+Should I use this instead of Faire?

They do different jobs, and plenty of makers run both. Faire is a marketplace for finding new stockists — we don't replace that. QuickOrderForm is for the repeat weekly orders from the accounts you already have, on your own link, with no per-order commission. Use Faire to get discovered; use this for the standing orders that follow.

+Can I invoice from the orders?

Every order arrives with line items and totals calculated from your prices, and you can export the week's orders to CSV in one click for your invoicing or accounting software. In-form payments are on the roadmap.
