Live demo — try the steppers. Nothing is sent.
Group chat, email, a folded list on the fridge. You retype it all into a spreadsheet and still can't tell who never answered.
Half the roster pays on handout day, a quarter forgets entirely, and the printer's deposit comes out of your own pocket in the meantime.
One misheard "two mediums" and you've paid for shirts nobody wears. Reprints never come at the first-run price.
Why QuickOrderForm
List each combination as its own product — "Tee · Navy · M" — so the order arrives broken down exactly the way your printer quotes it.
Only twelve XLs in the blank order? Cap that line at twelve and the form refuses the thirteenth instead of you having to.
One click turns the whole order into a spreadsheet — name, size, color, quantity — ready to email straight to the print shop.
Team chat, parents' email, the event page. No logins, no app — everyone orders from their phone in under a minute.
One line per size and color, with the price and a cap where blanks are limited. Add a name field so every shirt has an owner.
Team chat, class email, the event page, a QR on the sign-up sheet. Put the print deadline in the form description so nobody argues it later.
At the deadline your dashboard is the size breakdown. Export the CSV, place the print order, and hand out shirts against the name list.

The printer needs a size breakdown; you need to know whose shirt is whose. Five minutes of setup covers both:
One product per size and color
Sizes buried inside a single product hide the breakdown you need. "Tee · Black · L" as its own line gives you a tally the printer can quote from.
Full name (short text, required)
Handout day is a name-by-name exercise. Requiring the field means no orphaned shirts left in the box.
Size chart in the form description
Chest measurements up front prevent the exchange requests that always arrive after the run is printed.
Team, class or group (dropdown)
One link can serve four teams and still sort itself out — ask which one, and the dashboard groups by the answer.
List every size as its own product line and share the form link. Each person picks their size and quantity, and the dashboard totals them automatically — the spreadsheet is the CSV export, and you never have to type in it.
Put the deadline in the form description, then switch the form to Closed when it passes. The link stays live and tells latecomers that ordering has ended.
Payments inside the form are on our roadmap. Today most organizers collect at handout or send a payment link with the confirmation — the order total is already calculated, so the amount is never in dispute.
Yes. Build a form per job with that client's approved garments and prices, send them the link to circulate, and export the finished tally as your production sheet.
