Features

Everything it takes to run orders from one link.

Take the order, get the ping, run the day without the “where's my order?” calls, and share your form everywhere your customers are. Here's every feature, exactly as it works today.

Take orders

Turn one link into clean, complete orders

Share a single link and let customers order themselves — with the products, choices, and questions you decide, priced and totalled as they go.

One-link order form

Every form gets one link — /f/your-form. Customers pick products, set quantities, and answer the questions you actually need — pickup day, size, delivery notes — and the total adds up as they go. What lands in your dashboard is a complete order, not a message you have to scroll back through.

WhoAnyone still taking orders in DMs and comments — bakers, caterers, wholesalers, shops, fundraisers.

Good to know — Orders are captured, not charged. There is no card field on the form — you settle up your own way, and we never add a platform fee or a surcharge at your customer's end.

Product catalog with variations & extras

Build your products once — name, photo, price, a short description, grouped into sections — and drop them onto any form. Add variations for pick-one choices that each carry their own price (Small / Large), and extras for add-ons that adjust the total (+$2 gift box) or free-text notes (message to write on the cake). Rename or reprice a product and every form that uses it follows.

WhoSellers with a real menu — bakeries, restaurants, catering, merch runs with sizes and colours.

Stock caps & sold-out states

Put a cap on any item and the form shows “N left”, counts every order against it, and flips the item to “Sold out” at zero — so you never take an order you can't fill. If two customers race for the last one, only one order is written; the other is told it just went.

WhoBatch bakers, limited drops, weekend menus, anything with a hard yield.

Good to know — It's a running total cap per item — not per-day inventory or multi-location stock. Overselling protection is free on every plan.

Turnstile spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile quietly screens bots before an order is ever written — invisible for real customers, and only ever a quick checkbox when something looks off. Junk submissions don't reach your dashboard, and if Cloudflare itself ever hiccups, real orders still get through.

WhoAny form shared widely — a bio link, a QR on the counter, a broadcast to a list.

Get paid attention

Never miss an order, never lose the details

The moment an order lands it reaches you — and everything you've captured stays yours, ready to work or take somewhere else.

Order alerts & receipts

Every order emails you the moment it lands — customer, items, total, and a link straight to it — so you're not tied to a screen. If the customer left an email, they get a receipt with a link to track their order, and replies go to the right person both ways.

WhoSolo sellers and small teams who can't sit watching a dashboard all day.

Order dashboard & CSV export

Work every order from one dashboard — confirm, mark fulfilled, cancel — then export the whole list to a CSV that opens cleanly and safely in Sheets or Excel, with a column for every question you asked. Prep lists, delivery runs, accounting: it's your data, ready to leave.

WhoFundraisers tallying totals, wholesalers building pick lists, anyone who lives in a spreadsheet.

Run the day

Kill the where's-my-order chaos calls

Give every customer a way to see their own order move, and give whoever's making it a screen built for a busy pair of hands — so nobody has to shout across the counter.

Order status link

Every order gets its own private link. The customer opens it — no login, no app — and sees their number move through Received → Preparing → Ready → Picked up. That's the end of the “is it ready yet?” text thread.

WhoAny pickup business fielding the same question all day.

Good to know — The link shows the order number and its current stage only — never other customers' orders or private details.

Public status board

Switch on a big-screen board at /board/your-form and put it on a TV or tablet at the counter. Orders move across Preparing → Ready → Picked up by number, so a room full of people can see their own order land without asking. This is the one that kills the chaos calls.

WhoCafés, pop-ups, market stalls, and busy pickup counters.

Good to know — Off by default — you turn it on. It shows order numbers and first names only, exactly as typed — no items, totals, or contact details.

Kitchen tap-view

A phone-sized, distraction-free screen for whoever's actually making the orders. One big tap moves an order to the next stage, a new order chimes and lights up, and a mis-tap undoes in one press. No mouse, no menus — built for a floury thumb.

WhoThe person at the bench, the pass, or the pickup window.

Good to know — It's a simple pickup-status controller, not a full kitchen display system — no ticket routing, coursing, or printing.

Share & grow

Put your form everywhere your customers are

Everything you need to share a form the minute it's live — and a home for it that people can find.

Share kit — QR, preview card & caption

The moment a form goes live you get the whole share kit: a QR code to print for the counter (download it as SVG or PNG), a link-preview card so the link looks right when you paste it into WhatsApp or Instagram, and an editable caption ready to post.

WhoAnyone sharing on socials, in a bio, or on a printed sign.

Chat hand-off — WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram & Instagram

After ordering, the customer can fire the whole order to you in the chat app you already use. WhatsApp and SMS come pre-filled — they just hit send; Telegram and Instagram open the chat with the order copied, ready to paste. The order lands in your thread the way you already work.

WhoSellers who run on chat and want a copy of the order in the conversation.

Good to know — Plain deep links — no bots, no platform APIs, nothing to connect or approve.

Business page

Claim /b/your-name for a tidy public page — your name, a line about what you do, your town, and every order form you've got live. One link for a bio, a card, or a sign, and it's found by Google unless you tell it not to be.

WhoSellers who want a simple home base without building a whole website.

Good to know — It's a link-in-bio for your forms — ordering happens on each form, not on the page itself.

Questions, answered plainly

+Can customers pay on the form?

No — orders are captured, not charged. There is no card field on the order form; you collect payment your own way (in person, bank transfer, or your existing payment link). We never take a cut of your orders and never add a surcharge at your customer's end. In-form payment is not built yet.

+How does this stop the “where's my order?” calls?

Two ways. Every order has its own private status link the customer can open to watch it move from Preparing to Ready to Picked up. And you can switch on a public board for a screen at the counter, where everyone sees their number land. Both show numbers and first names only — nothing private — and update on a short refresh, not a live push.

+Is the WhatsApp / SMS hand-off a bot or an integration?

Neither. They're plain deep links. After ordering, the customer taps and the order is pre-filled into WhatsApp or SMS (they just hit send), or copied ready to paste into Telegram or Instagram. There are no bots, no platform APIs, and nothing to connect.

+Which of these are free?

The core is free on one published page with unlimited orders: the order form, product catalog, stock caps, dashboard, order statuses, the status link, share kit, and CSV export within the free limits. The pricing page lays out exactly where the free plan ends and what Pro adds.

Every feature, one link, live in minutes.

Free while in beta — unlimited forms, unlimited orders, no card.
