Two weeks of orders taken between customers on a paper pad, prices quoted from memory, and one name nobody can read back.
Order 200 pie shells and sell 140 — or sell out by noon Wednesday and turn away the regulars who've come every year for nine years.
Everyone arrives between three and five. Boxes go to the wrong car and two customers get home without their sides.
Why QuickOrderForm
Set a maximum on each pie and the form sells exactly that many. Sold out appears in the form instead of in a phone call you have to make.
A slot dropdown — "Wed 9–11", "Wed 11–1" — turns a two-hour wall of customers into a queue that keeps moving.
Name, phone, slot, items, total. No deciphering the pad on Tuesday night, and no more "I definitely ordered two."
The dashboard totals every item across every order, so Monday's mixing list and Tuesday's bake schedule come from real numbers.
Pies, sides, and whole dinners with prices and caps, plus a pickup-slot dropdown and a required phone field. Have it live before November.
Counter QR code, Instagram, the email list, a sign in the window. The form description carries your order deadline and pickup date.
Item totals drive the bake schedule; the dashboard sorted by pickup slot is your handover sheet. Mark each order fulfilled as it leaves.

Holiday forms live or die on logistics. Get these four right and the Wednesday before runs itself:
Pies, sides and dinners with caps
Name the size — "9 inch", "feeds 6" — and cap each item at oven or case capacity so you never sell a pie you can't bake.
Pickup day and window (dropdowns, required)
Most orders leave in a four-hour span. Slots are the only thing standing between that and a lobby full of people.
Phone number (required)
One text when a batch runs late saves twenty conversations at the counter.
Allergies and notes (long text)
Gluten-free crusts and nut allergies come up more this week than any other. Get them in writing with the order.
Most shops open in mid-to-late October and close the Sunday or Monday before the holiday. You can publish the form even earlier with an "orders open October 15" note in the description, so the link is out there before the season starts.
Give every item a maximum quantity matching your capacity for the week. Once orders reach the cap the form stops accepting more of that item, while the rest of the menu keeps selling.
Payments are on our roadmap. Today most shops take payment at pickup or send a payment link with their confirmation — the order total is calculated for you either way.
Yes. Edit the dates, prices, and caps and the same link carries over — or start a fresh form each year so every season's orders stay in their own list.
