What QuickOrderForm does
We give you a form builder, a public link for each published form, and a dashboard that collects the orders placed through it. That's the whole product. We are not a payment processor — no money moves through QuickOrderForm. How your customers pay you, and when, is entirely between you and them.
Your account
You need an accurate email address to sign up, and you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done from your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.
What you're responsible for
- The accuracy of your forms — products, prices, cut-off times, pickup and delivery details.
- Fulfilling the orders you accept, and sorting out refunds, disputes, and cancellations with your customers directly.
- Handling the personal information your customers give you lawfully, including telling them what you'll do with it and honouring their requests to see or delete it.
- Any tax, licensing, food-safety, or consumer-protection rules that apply to what you sell.
What you can't use it for
No illegal goods or services, no collecting payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through form fields, no spam, no phishing or impersonation, no scraping or hammering the service, and no attempts to break into other people's accounts or data. We can suspend or remove a form or an account that does any of this.
Your content
Your forms and your orders belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them purely so the service can work — nothing more. You can export your orders to CSV at any time, and deleting a form deletes its orders permanently.
Availability and beta status
QuickOrderForm is free while in beta and provided as-is. We try hard to keep it up and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for lost sales, lost data, or other indirect losses arising from using it. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — the CSV export is there for exactly that.
Changes and ending things
We may change these terms as the product grows; material changes will be noted here with a new date at the top. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data unless the abuse makes that unreasonable.
