Cookies & decorated sets
Cookie orders come in bursts — a quiet October, then three hundred dozen between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The bottleneck is never the baking, it's reconstructing who ordered what from a month of DMs.
This template sells the way cookie bakers sell: by the dozen, by the decorated set, with a pickup window the customer picks so your Saturday isn't one long doorbell.

Field by field
Sell by the dozen, cap the quantity
Per-dozen pricing is how customers think and how your oven works. A max quantity per line is your capacity valve — set it and you can't oversell a batch.
Pickup windows as a dropdown
Without windows, everyone arrives at 10am. Slots spread the day out and give you a door schedule you can print.
Packaging as a priced product line, not a priced option label
Ribbon and favour bags cost time as well as materials, so charge for them — but do it with a product line the customer adds, capped at one per order. Anything with a price must be a product line so the total computes; "(+$4)" typed into a dropdown option is text, and the order arrives $4 short.
A closing date in the form description
"Orders close 12 December" written on the form is worth ten reminder posts. When the date passes, close the form and the link explains itself.
Every format
Download the cookie order form in the format you work in
Rewrite the Word version into your own flavour list each season — it's a normal document, so you can restyle it, add your logo, and print a stack for the farmers market table.
This is the version bakers actually run cookie season on: an order log where every row totals itself, so at close you know exactly how many dozen of each flavour to bake.
The PDF is what you attach to the Instagram bio link or the email blast — a fixed, one-page menu and order sheet that nobody can accidentally edit.
Print it for the market table or the church hall sign-up. Big boxes, clear lines, and enough space to write a gift message legibly in pen.
Same fields, same prices — but the totals calculate themselves, the orders land in one dashboard, and nothing gets lost in an inbox. Share one link anywhere: bio, group chat, QR code on a flyer.

Publish one form with a closing date, sell by the dozen with a max quantity per flavour, and make people choose a pickup window. Every order then lands in one place with a total already calculated.
Set a max quantity on each product line so no single order can wipe out a batch, and close the form once you're at capacity. A closed form still shows the link and tells customers you're not taking orders right now.
Yes — and add it as its own product line with a maximum of one per order, not as a price written into a packaging dropdown. Only priced product lines are added up, so an option labelled "(+$4)" looks charged but isn't. Ribbon, tags and favour bags are twenty minutes of labour per order; the customers who want it will pay for it.
Download the .xlsx, upload it to Google Drive, and open it — Drive converts it into a Google Sheet with the formulas intact. We don't publish "make a copy" Google links, so this is the reliable way.
Totals are calculated for you, orders can't get buried in a DM inbox, and you can export the whole season to CSV. It's free while we're in beta.
